Grid penalty for Liuzzi and Rosberg

Scuderia Toro Rosso has changed Vitantonio's engine for today's US Grand Prix. The Italian had a disappointing qualifying session on Saturday and was unable to get any further up the grid than 21st.

Because of his engine penalty he will have to go ten places back. But because Nico Rosberg failed to show up at the weighbridge during qualifying he will have to start from the back and thus Liuzzi will start from 21st even though his engine is changed.
