Massa names drivers for karting event
24 November 2009Ferrari's Felipe Massa has announced the names of those who will be contesting this year's Granja Viana 500, his annual karting event. Amongst the drivers taking part in two-kart teams are GP2 racer Lucas di Grassi and Dudu, younger brother of Massa.

With the Granja Viana 500 a popular event each year, Massa has listed those who will be competing in the race. As well as di Grassi and his brother, Massa has invited Formula Renault Eurocup driver Felipe Lapenna, Brazilian Stock Car Lights' Julio Campos and south American Formula 3 driver Victor Guerin.
"I think we've set up a very strong group of racers, capable of facing Rubens Barrichello's favourite team," said Massa. Williams driver and Brazilian compatriot Barrichello opted to miss this year's second test session, however, due to rain.
With the next practice period scheduled for Monday, the main event will take place over the course of Friday and Saturday of next week.
