Ferrari extend Badoer's F1 contract

Ferrari's test driver Luca Badoer has received a new contract at Ferrari. The Italian will remain test driver for the Italian team until the end of the 2006 season. "I hope we can continue our success in the future," Badoer said at a press conference during the annual Ferrari Ski meeting with the press in Madonna di Campiglio.

Badoer has been Ferrari's test driver since 1997. He will be Ferrari's third driver in the upcoming season, which places him ahead of Ferrari's other test driver Marc Gené.
