This is the experience of Luc Verhelle from Belgium

Circuit:Barcelona
Year:2000
How did you go to the Grand Prix?Plane to Barcelona

Where did you stay?Santa Susanna at the Costa Brava. In 1999 I stayed in Barcelona city.

How was the transportation from your accomodation to the circuit?Rental car in 2000. By train from the city to Montmelo.

Was it easy to get to the circuit?Pretty easy, just a 30 minute drive from the family hotel at the coast where my wife and daughter enjoyed me going to the race. In 1999 the trainride from the city to the station near the track took 25 minutes. You need to walk about 30 minutes to get to the entrance. Pretty easy and cheap, both systems.

What kind of tickets did you have?Grandstand tickets, F at the end of the main straight. Great vieuw on the first turns, always action, and on the long sweeping righthander.

Why would you encourage or discourage people to take these tickets? The best tickets on the circuit de Catalunya. Had a few tickets before but prefer this grandstand.

Why should people go to this GP?The weather and the nearby city and the beaches. Great to combine a family holiday with races.

Why shouldn't people go to this GP?No reason not to go to any race.
