Trust and Jordan finally sign sponsorship contract

From now on Trust is officially a sponsor of the Jordan Grand Prix team. The Trust logo has appeared on the Jordan mirrors and front wing since the start of the season, though a contract hadn't yet been signed.

This morning both team owner Eddie Jordan and Trust C.E.O. Michel Perridon signed the sponsorship contract at Imola. "Our experiences in Formula One in 2003 with the Minardi F1 team were very positive for our company and that's why we'd like to continue sponsorship in Formula One," said Perridon. "Trust once again will try to get the maximum out of the sponsorship. We'll start with European promotions for our products."

About the relationship between Trust and the Jordan F1 team Perridon said: "The cooperation with Eddie Jordan went very well. We're happy we can establish this cooperation with them for the 2004 season."

During their last meeting at the Trust head office Eddie Jordan and Michel Perridon were joined by Jos Verstappen and his manager Raymond Vermeulen. The team currently discusses the possibilities for Verstappen in Formula One with Trust and Verstappen's management.
