Tom Walkinshaw has been handed a ten million dollar bill. He was ordered in the High Court by Justice Lindsay to pay back half of an overdraft account granted to failed Formula One team Arrows by Morgan Grenfell.
The overdraft was organised in 1999, according to reports. Lindsay said Walkinshaw knew Arrows was going wrong late that year.
He added that the Scot 'paid nothing' back to Morgan Grenfell, who the former F1 boss once accused of scuttling his opportunity to sell Arrows two years ago.
