Jaguar want to keep Webber

Jaguar would love to hang on to Mark Webber. The Leaping Cat knows Williams, Toyota - and perhaps even Renault - are courting their Aussie star who is now openly critical of the R5's form so far in 2004.

"For me, Mark's the near-perfect driver," said Jag boss Tony Purnell. "Look at his times at the Nurburgring - they were as quick as the Williams. He's super-competitive and you will never see him behave like a spoilt child."
Webber, 27, remarked recently that grass 'is not always greener' elsewhere.
