Webber 'can win' - Frank

Mark Webber 'can win races', his F1 team boss Sir Frank Williams told the Australian media. Born near capital city Canberra, 28-year-old Webber had come under fire 'down under' after a lacklustre '05 start.

But Williams put the blame on the FW27 racer. "Mark is superb," Frank told the Sydney Morning Herald, "and more than we expected."

Technical director Sam Michael, meanwhile, told f1.com that the 2005 lineup - also with Nick Heidfeld - is a 'strong' one. "Driver-wise I'm happy. They're not prima donnas, but most importantly, they are fast."
