Eddie Jordan hopes fellow Irishman Eddie Irvine buys his old F1 team. EJ, who rock'n'rolled out of the Paddock turnstile last season, said the sport 'needs' another character like the outspoken former Jordan, Ferrari and Jaguar driver.
"Eddie is exactly the kind of guy who can deliver," he told the BBC '5 Live' radio show.
Jordan said: "I think F1 has lost some of its pizzazz -- the excitement and euphoria that is often associated with it."
