Ferrari continues testing V8 engine

Wednesday was the second and final day of testing of the new V8 engine this week for Ferrari. The team continued working at Fiorano with test driver Marc Gené at the wheel of an F2004 from last year, which had been fitted with the first development of the team's 2006 engine. 

Gené completed 58 laps (7 of them on the short version of the track,) with a best time of 59.305s.  Tomorrow, still at Fiorano, Gene will carry out the shakedown of the cars that the Scuderia will use at the forthcoming Turkish Grand Prix.
