Ferrari begin testing at Monza
23 August 2005 / PhotosTuesday was the first out of four days of testing at Monza. Ferrari drivers Felipe Massa and Rubens Barrichello were the only drivers out on track for Ferrari. In the morning the team busied themselves with the set-up of the car. In the afternoon the team carried out work for Bridgestone.
Felipe Massa had to wait for a number of hours in the afternoon while the problems on his car were being repared. Rubens Barrichello covered a lot of miles in both the morning and afternoon for the team.
On Wednesday all the other teams, except Minardi, will join Ferrari at Monza. On Thursday Minardi will begin its two-day test.
In Monza every Formula One driver will get his chance to prepare himself for the Italian Grand Prix, held September fourth.
