Midland offers Sato seat

Midland has offered Takuma Sato a seat for the 2006 seaseon, team boss Colin Kolles has confirmed. Talking to Autosport Kolles said it was up to Sato whether he wanted to join Midland.

"It's up to him if he wants to sign, he could be a Midland driver next year," Kolles said. "We offered him the contract in Brazil and we're still waiting to hear."

Kolles did not offer any details of the contract but Sato is also being linked with the mystery possible Honda B team next season.
