While BAR Honda's sporting director Gil de Ferran expects McLaren and Renault to continue setting the F1 pace in 2006, he has signled out Red Bull Racing as ones to watch after the team signed star designer Adrian Newey last week.
"I have no reason to believe either McLaren or Renault won't have another good season," de Ferran said. "Obviously we're hoping that we'll be further up and it would be foolish to discount Ferrari."
"Red Bull has just acquired the services of the man who's been involved in the design of numerous winning cars [Adrian Newey], so it's only reasonable to assume they will be stronger next year, too," he added.
