Minardi could return in racing

Gian Carlo Minardi is considering to make his comeback in racing. The famous Italian, founder of the Minardi Formula One team, said he is trying to get back his name and logo to use in racing again.

"I am trying to get my brands back," Minardi told an Italian magazine. "In particular the famous Minardi logo with the Faenza lion and the Italian flag on it because Minardi's history is bound to this logo. We could rent this logo to various teams."

Gian Carlo Minardi is currently talking with Italian F3000 teams to name one of the teams Minardi.
