Brawn hopeful things will get better

Ferrari's technical director, Ross Brawn, hopes the team's performance will get better in 2006. Last year Ferrari didn't even come close to successfully defending its title, while in the years before it had dominating most of the races.

"Last year we weren't as fast as our competitors," said Brawn at Ferrari's presentation of the Ferrari 248 F1. "I hope that this year things will go better."

The new rules won't make things easy for the teams. "The V8 is a problem for everyone. Especially the vibration of the engine, but we're working on solving that problem."
