Button much happier with car
22 April 2006 / Results / PhotosJenson Button says he is much happier with his Honda after the team worked long into the night on Friday to improve its handling. Button went on to qualify in second place for the San Marino Grand Prix and team mate Rubens Barrichello was third.
"We've done a lot of work overnight and during the day and we've really improved it where we've needed to - not just on one lap but also on long run pace," Button said. "I'm a lot happier with the car and its not a bad position to be in."
"It's quite interesting to see where the Renaults and McLarens are and we'll see how it pans out - they're either stopping very late or they made mistakes and its great to have Rubens right up here with me," he concluded.
