Williams focused on final points flurry

03 October 2006

After breaking its points scoring drought at the Chinese Grand Prix courtesy of Mark Webber's eighth place finish, the WilliamsF1 team is determined to finish one of its most difficult seasons with a final flurry of points.

"Suzuka has some great overtaking opportunities around the lap that always provide for an exciting race," said technical director Sam Michael. "The FW28 spec will be the same as in Shanghai and we are looking forward to scoring more points in the penultimate race of the season."

Driver Nico Rosberg added, "Our car showed some improvements over the Chinese Grand Prix weekend and we hope we can carry on the momentum."
