McLaren driver Pedro de la Rosa knows it for sure, the Spaniard will be racing for the McLaren F1 team at the Brazilian Grand Prix in about a week from now. De la Rosa is testing this week with the team in Jerez in preparations for the Grand Prix at Interlagos.
"I am going to race in Brazil," a confident De la Rosa told Spanish As. "I feel very comfortable with our team package at the moment. The reason I'm testing here in Jerez is to prepare for the Brazilian Grand Prix."
The Spaniard's future is uncertain though. He has yet to confirm his plans for 2007. At McLaren there is one seat available next to his country fellow Fernando Alonso. "I hope to team up with Fernando. It would be like a dream come true to join him. We would make history as a Spanish duo in one Formula 1 team. It would also be the first time for me to have a world champion as my teammate," said De la Rosa.
