Schumacher fastest again at Jerez
12 October 2006 / Results / PhotosOn the third day of testing in Jerez it was Michael Schumacher once again that was the fastest driver out on track. Schumacher's fastest time, 1.15.688, is close to Jerez' unofficial track record.
Testing continued today in dry conditions. At Ferrari Michael Schumacher continued testing with Luca Badoer in preparation of the Brazilian Grand Prix. The team was joined by McLaren, BMW-Sauber, Toyota and Williams at Jerez.
Kubica caused one of today's red flags when he stopped on track. Karthikeyan also caused two red flags, while his teammate at Williams Aleander Wurz also stopped today's session once. At Toyota Ricardo Zonta caused a red flag when he stopped on track.
