Kubica finishes Jerez test on top

Testing at Jerez wrapped up today with BMW and Williams in action. Pole Robert Kubica finished fastest for the BMW team in relatively warm and sunny conditions at the circuit in southern Spain.

Only three drivers were in action with Kubica fastest on a 1m17.562s lap. Alex Wurz was second in the Toyota-powered Williams, 2.1s adrift and fellow Williams tester Narain Karthikeyan was a further 0.3s behind.

F1 next returns to the Jerez circuit for testing in the first week of December.
