Liuzzi and Speed can't join Superkarts event

Toro Rosso drivers Tonio Liuzzi and Scott Speed were invited by Superkarts! USA to join their Supernationals X race in Las Vegas, USA. But because of a FIA decision the duo risk losing their FIA Superlicense if they were to join the event.

The kartevent was organised by Superkarts! USA. The organisers have worked diligently behind the scenes to try to assure that both drivers would be able to race in the event by securing SuperNationals X a position on the 2006 CIK Calendar. That unfortunately has not happened. And since they did not obtain the license Liuzzi and Speed can't join the event without the chance of losing their license.

Scott Speed will now most likely attend the event as a spectator.
