Montoya debut ends with fiery crash

Juan Pablo Montoya crashed out of the Ford 400 at Miami on Sunday after he was hit from behind 16 laps from the end and sent barrelling into the wall. In the end he was classified 34th.

"We proved we could run all day, but it's going to be hard work," Montoya insisted. "I said that to the guys when I signed with Chip but I think I've been getting better race by race."

Montoya's car did burst into flames after hitting the wall.
