F1's favourite circuit designer Hermann Tilke has been hired to develop a new circuit in Spain, the country's daily AS newspaper has reported.
The circuit will be built in Pinto, near Madrid and will be big enough to host Formula One test sessions, though how it will fit in with the other three Spanish circuits teams like to use for testing (Barcelona, Jerez and Valencia) remains to be seen.
"We'll design a very special circuit, something unique that will be suitable for all kinds of motor sport," Tilke was quoted as saying.
