MP3 sponsorship for McLaren

The McLaren team today announced that it has signed a long-term partnership with Chinese company Aigo. Aigo is the leading MP3 and MP4 player brand from Bejing, China.

The company Aigo is the first official Chinese sponsor at McLaren. "I am proud to welcome aigo as a Partner," said Ron Dennis, Chairman and CEO of the McLaren Group. "aigo is our first Chinese partner and their association illustrates their confidence that Formula 1 and Vodafone McLaren Mercedes can make a significant contribution to their global expansion. This is an exciting step and we look forward to a successful future together."

The Aigo logo will appear on the cars and race suits at McLaren in 2007.
