Bourdais says no to 2007 F1 switch

Sebastien Bourdais has ruled out a switch to Formula One in 2007 and plans to stay in the Champ Car series he dominates, despite his F1 test with Scuderia Toro Rosso this week.

"This is just an evaluation and if Toro Rosso like what they see it could lead somewhere in 2008," Bourdais told Autosport. "If not, they can tell me to get lost!"

"The good thing is that quite a few F1 managers have been interested to see how I could do, but Toro Rosso have actually done something about it," he added. "It sort of came from nowhere. I thought the window of opportunity for F1 had passed, but the next day I got a call!"
