Wednesday was the second day of testing in Jerez. On Tuesday Toyota kicked off testing at the Spanish track, but today the majority of the F1 teams joined the Cologne-based F1 team. Many eyes were on the three-times Champcar champion Sebastien Bourdais. Scuderia Toro Rosso invited the Frenchman for an official test session with the team.

There were a couple of red flags today. Liuzzi blew up his engine when he entered the pitlane. Honda's test driver James Rossiter caused a red flag when he stopped his car on track.
