Engine problems blight Ferrari's final test
16 December 2006Ferrari wrapped up its winter testing at Jerez on Friday, but the team's progress was stalled by some engine problems.

Marc Gené brought the planned programme to a close, which included development of new components, adaptation of the car to the new tyres and overall reliability: 99 the number of laps completed, the quickest in a time of 1.21.012.
The team's other test driver, Luca Badoer's should have run a similar programme to his colleague's, but his progress came to a premature end because of an engine problem. He covered 39 laps, the quickest in 1.19.894.
