Ferrari 'to win title' next year

Ferrari president Luca di Montezemolo is extremely proud that his team came first in the 'Great Place to Work Institute' classification. The Italian believes that great working relations at the Maranello-based squad makes the team thrive. Next year he is confident that this winning team formula will be rewarded with a title win.

"It's such an important prize for us because it was awarded by our own employees," Montezemolo said during the Italian TV show 'Domenica In'. "It's like winning a World Championship for us. But next year we'll surely win the title again because we have excellent people working for us."
