Ramirez expects Hamilton to surprise

According to Jo Ramirez, former coordinator at McLaren's F1 team, Lewis Hamilton will surprise a few in his debut season. The Mexican believes Hamilton has enough talent to challenge the ones such as Alonso.

"I believe Hamilton will be the biggest surprise next season," Jo Ramirez told Autosprint. "Hamilton is a very intelligent driver and he will be able to learn a lot at McLaren when he is racing next to Alonso. To have a team mate such as Alonso will be good for Hamilton.

"Hamilton is different than any driver I have worked for at my time with McLaren. The team always took experienced drivers and not rookies."
