BMW Sauber boss Mario Theissen says the arrival of lightning-fast Robert Kubica is more of a good thing for the team than bad, even though the young Pole could outshine veteran Nick Heidfeld.
"There's no place for complete harmony," said. "F1 is an extremely tough competition between the best 11 teams and 22 best drivers in the world. This situation naturally affects both of our drivers too. Competition is healthy because it leads to good performances."
"Robert's promotion into the race cockpit pushed the entire team, including Nick," he added. "In the final races of the season, Nick was racing to a very high standard."
