Kimi right to go to Ferrari - Alesi

Former F1 driver Jean Alesi says Kimi Raikkonen made a good decision in joining Ferrari as Michael Schumacher's replacement. Alesi, who drove for Ferrari from 1991-1995 says that Ferrari is the best team to drive for in F1.

"Ferrari is the best place to be in F1," he told the Auto Motor und Sport magazine. "It's a great place for Raikkonen."

"As for Michael, lots of people said he could have gone on for longer, but there are increasingly more voices saying he is getting too old," Alesi added. "I think he chose just the right moment to retire."
