De la Rosa still hopeful of racing

Pedro de la Rosa still hopes he can return in Formula 1 as a racing driver. In 2006 he replaced Juan Pablo Montoya halfway into the season and finished in the points five times. De la Rosa saw Hamilton win the race for the driver's seat at McLaren, but the Spaniard still believes his time will come .

"My nationality and age doesn't helpt," De la Rosa said. "All Formula 1 teams are looking for the new Schumacher."

"You never know how the season will go. In 2008 a new team will enter in Formula 1 and thus two extra race seats," said De la Rosa.
