Klien ready to grasp chance

Christian Klien says he is ready to step in for Rubens Barrichello or Jenson Button at any time and grasp the chance to show he has what it takes to be signed up as a race driver again in 2008.

"As test and reserve driver I'm not only having to support Jenson and Rubens during testing, but also be ready to step into the car at any time during the season," Klien said. "Racing the car is probably the best way to stay in top physical condition, so I'll be compensating for not driving by training harder than ever.

"If I get the opportunity to race, I want to be in perfect condition," he added.
