Kubica can't wait for Spa return

Robert Kubica can't wait for the return of Spa Francorchamps in this year's F1 season. The legendary circuit was omitted in 2007 becuase of essential works that needed doing to bring facilities up to standard.

"I think it's very good that Spa is back," Kubica said. "I know it pretty well - not from Formula One of course but from previous series."

"Spa can be compared to Suzuka which I'll miss," he added. "It was nice to compete at that challenging track last season."

Kubica is also looking forward to getting to grips with Fuji at the wheel of an F1 car. 

"I don't know much about Fuji," he admitted. "I was in Tokyo recently for a Petronas event and I saw some film footage about the track. It looks quite interesting but it's not the same as Suzuka which is a really unique place."
