Ralf fastest on day three

Toyota F1 driver Ralf Schumacher showed the team's new car, the TF107, is well on the pace already as he clocked Thursday's fastest lap time. He was ahead of Renault driver Giancarlo Fisichella who covered twice the number of laps - a total of 121.

Today's work went much easier for the teams. The track was dry from the start and the sun was shining. At Honda Jenson Button took over from Rubens Barrichello. In the morning Button suffered from an electrical problem. Williams test driver Nakajima seemed to have the same kind of problem as he also had to pull over his car and stopped on track in the morning.

At Red Bull Racing Mark Webber completed a shakedown with the second RB3, while his team-mate Coulthard continued testing in the fist RB3 chassis.
