On the third and final day of testing in Valencia it was Nico Rosberg who topped the timesheets today. Spyker driver Adrian Sutil was second fastest and only half a second away from Rosberg's time.
In the morning Williams and Spyker both decided to run intermediate tyres on the damp track. Due to heavy rain last night it was impossible to complete any laps on different tyres. Around lunch time the track was dry enough to complete fast lap times.
At Williams test driver Narain Karthikeyan took over testing duties from Alexander Wurz. Adrian Sutil continued testing for Spyker. The German caused the only red flag when he had to stop the car on track. Christijan Albers steered Spyker's other chassis today and covered a race distance again.
Williams and Spyker will continue testing at Circuit de Catalunya next Tuesday, while the other Formula 1 teams will begin their week of testing on Thursday in Bahrain.
