
McLaren driver Fernando Alonso will not travel to Malaysia to participate in the official test session at Sepang next week. The Spaniard will travel to Woking to work in Mclaren's factory and the team's racing simulator.
McLaren will travel to Sepang for a three-day test session. The team will bring Lewis Hamilton and test driver Pedro de la Rosa to the track near Kuala Lumpur.
Alonso finished second in Sunday's Australian Grand Prix while his team-mate Lewis Hamilton finished third in his first ever F1 Grand Prix.
