
Fernando Alonso is the first driver in Malaysia to get caught speeding in the pitlane. The McLaren driver was in a hurry in Friday's second free practice session as he got fined twice for speeding in the pitlane.
The first fine (€ 600) Alonso received for going 63.3 km/h 40 minutes into today's second free practice session. His second fine came twenty-five minutes later when he was caught speeding at 61.4 km/h. His second fine will cost him € 400.
