Peter Sauber has backed BMW's work ethic since selling his team to the German car manufacturer. Sauber believes the BMW Sauber team's attitude has been key to its strong form so far this season.
"It confirms that we are committed to the right philosophy," Sauber said. "It is not the big individual names that guarantee success but a perfectly working team of real racers. This applies to the team at the race track as well as the employees in the factory building the chassis, the engine and the drive train."
Sauber went on to praise Heidfeld saying, "This is the best Nick that I have ever seen," says Sauber. "His technical understanding has always been very good, and he hardly ever made mistakes. But now he is showing that extra little bit of positive aggression that makes the difference."
