F1 to debut at Lausitz

09 May 2007

A Formula One car will run for the first time on the Eurospeedway at Lausitz in a support demonstration for the third round of the DTM season from 18-20 May. It will be F1's debut on the track located close to Berlin.

Shortly before the start of the race, Michael Ammermüller will take to the wheel of Red Bull's 2007 RB3 to show the DTM fold F1 first-hand. Furthermore, there will be a battle between Mattias Ekström's 2007-spec Audi A4 DTM and the RB3. The Formula 1 car will be displayed in the DTM paddock from Saturday, thus offering the visitors the chance of taking a close look at the latest Formula 1 technology.
