
Two former top officials and general manager of the Shanghai International Circuit Mr. Co Yu Zhifei were fired after it came clear the men misused city funds for their personal interest. Yu Zhifei used company money to pay for a house and 'other illegal behaviors' the Shanghai Daily reports.
The Formula 1 Chinese Grand Prix was first held in 2004.
