Kimi Raikkonen has insisted that McLaren will not be able to dominate the Canadian Grand Prix in the same way the Mercedes-powered team walked away with victory in Monaco.
"One thing is for sure, McLaren will not be one minute ahead of us, like they were in Monaco," Raikkonen said. "The nature of Montreal is so different compared to Monaco, although they are still both street circuits."
"I won in Canada two years ago," he added. "Before Monaco we tested in Paul Ricard to set the car up for Montreal. The car felt very good, but you never know how it goes. We'll have to wait and see just how competitive we are when we arrive in Montreal. Ferrari has had very good results in Montreal and Indianapolis and that's very encouraging."
