After Friday's free practice sessions Giancarlo Fisichella is optimistic for the remainder of the weekend. The Italian has a good record in Montreal and said he is looking forward to the rest of the weekend.
"It wasn't too bad today, we had no problems," Fisichella told GPUpdate.net. "We did lots of laps with lots of fuel. I'm pretty happy about today and I'm optimistic to finish in the top six tomorrow. The new front wing is still working ok, the car is consistent, and so it's good. It's not easy to have a good setup in Canada, because the level of grip is quite low and you can easily make a mistake. I've got a good feeling with the circuit and I'm looking forward to Saturday's qualifying."
