The Toyota Formula 1 team will continue to race in the Canadian Grand Prix, Toyota team President John Howett told GPUpdate.net. Toyota's driver Jarno Trulli twice suffered from a suspension failure in Friday's free practice session and the team might have had to consider withdrawing from the event if they could not solve the problem overnight.
After the team investigated the problem with Trulli's suspension it has decided the drivers should avoid the kerbs in Turn 8. John Howett said: "We had some suspension problems yesterday in which we lost some running, but we are pretty confident that we can run without any problems today."
