Fry frustrated with poor starts to season

05 July 2007

Honda boss Nick Fry is fed up with his team suffering from poor starts to the season. The past three years the team has always been in much worse shape at the start of the year, compared to the end of the season.

"Hopefully what our team has unfortunately had to show is that we can keep going with developments throughout the year and I don't see any reason why we shouldn't be able to do that again this year," Fry told Autosport. "I'm fed up with having terrible starts to the year and having to fight our way back - we make it hard for ourselves that way."

"We're probably going to have to work a lot harder from now until January next year, not only developing this car, but to make sure we put as much, if not more effort into next year's," he added.
