Raikkonen fastest on Saturday morning

Raikkonen fastest on Saturday morning

Ferrari driver Kimi Raikkonen continued to show his pace in Saturday's free practice session. He was right ahead of McLaren's Lewis Hamilton again. Fernando Alonso and Robert Kubica completed a lap in the exact same time of 1.32.039 placing them in third and fourth. Renault should be getting worried by now; the team is still way of the pace, just like on Friday.

The European Grand Prix weekend continued today with the weather looking a lot better than yesterday. The day started sunny and dry, ideal conditions to work on the final bits and pieces of your set-up in preparation of this afternoon qualifying session.

The session didn't see any spectacular moments. There were hardly any yellow flags being waved for drivers racing on the limit. The biggest surprise is Renault's pace. On Friday both Kovalainen and Fisichella were unable to get close to the top five and it wasn't any different on Saturday morning. The duo ended 18th and 19th in free practice.

Markus Winkelhock will have to find his pace soon. The German is over 1.5 seconds away from team-mate Adrian Sutil.
