Ron Dennis still loves Formula 1

McLaren Formula 1 team boss Ron Dennis has had a terrible week. His team got kicked out of the Formula 1 constructors' championship and received a 100 million dollar fine. But the Briton says that no matter how hard it is going to be for his team, he will still love Formula 1.

Ron Dennis told reporters at Spa on Saturday afternoon: "It doesn't matter how beaten up I am, I still love Formula 1. If it would be the best thing for F1 to seek closure and it will be supported by our shareholders than I believe we will pay the fine and move on.

"We have a passion which is Formula 1, and if the right way forward is to act as shareholders in the interest of the sport than we will take that path."
