Fernando Alonso has said the fight for the championship isn't over just yet. The McLaren driver refuses to through in the towel already and will fight back in next week's Chinese Grand Prix.

Alonso failed to finish in Sunday's Japanese Grand Prix while championship leader and team-mate Lewis Hamilton won the race. Thanks to Hamilton's victory his lead is now twelve points over Alonso.
"I am not throwing in the towel just yet," said Alonso right after the race. "Unless Hamilton retires in a race we need to be realistic and see it will be very difficult to recover from this position. It means I will have to win both of the last two races and see Hamilton finish in fifth or sixth."
It does take off the pressure from the reigning world champion. "There is less pressure for me as I only need to race and wait for a miracle, a retirement from Hamilton. So maybe I can race more relaxed now."
