The organisers of the Japanese Grand Prix at the Fuji International Speedway have said they will repay some fans because their reserved seats did not provide the view the fans could expect.
Many fans who had tickets for a temporary grandstand complained to the organisers that their seatings weren't high enough for them to actually see the cars in front of them.
