Vettel gets five-place grid penalty

No sooner had Toro Rosso driver Sebastian Vettel had a 10-pace penalty given to him at the Japanese Grand Prix overturned, than stewards at Shanghai gave him a five-place grid penalty for tomorrow's Chinese Grand Prix.

Vettel was found to have impeded another driver on track during qualifying on Saturday. The penalty ruins a strong performance for Toro Rosso which saw Liuzzi and Vettel originally in eleventh and twelfth places on the grid.
